Stump Removal, Water Management & Retaining Wall Construction Project
In this comprehensive project, JC Excavating and Trucking expertly handled multiple tasks to transform the client's property. We began with the removal of a significant number of stumps, ensuring the land was cleared and prepared for further development. Addressing water management concerns, we strategically connected the property’s downspouts to an underground drainage system, effectively redirecting water away from the home. To enhance the property’s functionality and aesthetic appeal, we poured a durable concrete pad at the rear of the house. Additionally, we constructed a sturdy retaining wall, seamlessly extending from the side of the home around to the backyard, providing essential support and preventing soil erosion while enhancing the landscape's overall look and stability.
Forestry Mulching and Land Preparation
At JC Excavating and Trucking, we began this project with precision forestry mulching, expertly clearing the area to create a perfect space for a barn and future pasture. Our advanced mulching techniques efficiently removed underbrush and small trees, enhancing the land's usability while promoting soil health. Following this, we meticulously removed stumps, preparing a 50 x 50 area for barn construction. Our team ensured the site was ready for the next phase, providing a seamless transition from dense woodland to a well-prepared foundation. Driveway Reshaping, Concrete Pad Installation, and Forestry Mulching Project
At JC Excavating and Trucking, we pride ourselves on delivering comprehensive site preparation services tailored to our clients' needs. For this project, we began by expertly reshaping the main driveway to ensure proper water drainage, directing runoff away from the home. To further enhance water management, we installed French drains along the front and side of the house, effectively protecting the foundation from potential water damage.
We then prepared a 30x14-foot area for a durable concrete pad alongside the home, meticulously pouring and finishing the concrete to meet our high standards. To complete the project, we utilized our advanced forestry mulching techniques, efficiently clearing the surrounding area and leaving the site both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
